I was at the top of the street when i tried to press on the brakes to slow down because of a red light ahead. The brakes malfunctioned and my car accelerated faster. I then stepped on my e-brakes and my car continued to go faster instead of slowing down. The next thing i remember is rear ending the back of a suv. I believe my airbags may have spontaneously deployed while driving on a straight at around 45 - 50 mph, shocking and blinding me, causing me to veer off the side of the road and crashing into a ditch, totaling my car. All i remember was one second, i was driving and the next, i couldn't see anything and was braking & screaming, on a wild, bumpy ride, not knowing where to steer because i couldn't see past the airbags…
